REMOVING THE OIL PUMP

•

Take out the two bolts and remove the pump driving
pulley cover.

•

Insert a screwdriver in the pulley to prevent it from turn-
ing.

•

Remove center screw with Belleville washer.

•

Remove the pulley and chain.

NOTE

It is advisable to mask the chain so as to maintain its

original turning direction.

•

Remove drive sprocket, washer and O-ring.

•

To remove the oil pump, loosen the two screws.

•

Remove the oil seal.
