ASSEMBLING THE CYLINDER

•

Blow through the lubrication duct and oil the cylinder
liner.

•

Fit the centering dowels.

•

Install cylinder base gasket according to the previously
calculated thickness.

•

Take the following tools:

Engines M245M / M281M (125 cc): 8140658
Engines M234M / M282M (200 cc): 8140660

•

Use the piston ring tool to fit the cylinder.

•

Connect and clamp the cooling sleeves.
