The Blade/Port Status window provides an overview of selected information about Port
Statistics, shown in the following example:
This selection includes:
• Transmit Packet Count
• Receive Packet Count
• Transmit Byte Count
• Receive Byte Count
• Oversubscription Packets
• Global Oversubscription
• CRC Errors

Set warnings and alarms for ports

XR displays a variety of warnings and alarms to alert about problems with particular ports.
The warnings and alarms that display depend on the type of port and blade. The capability to
view warnings and alarms available within W

XR include:
• Ports page
• View page
• Event log

To set up notifications for warnings and alarms for blades and ports:
1. Go to the W
EB
XR and click the soft arrow for the Global View icon. From the pop-up menu,
select Ports.
2. On the Ports page, click the soft arrow at the lower right corner of a port to display the
Blade/Port Status window.
3. In the Alarms section, check the slider for Alarm Notification. The default position is Off:
