Download File Spec
This selection allows you to specify the file
containing the download code for an upgrade of
SmartLine 16 microcode.
Save Configuration on Exit
When checked, you save any changes made
during a session when you exit the program.
When not checked, an exit results in a dialog
box warning you of the loss of any changes. At
this point, you can click on either Cancel or
Continue buttons.
Control Menu
Note that the button bar and the Control menu serve the same
functions. The following descriptions apply to both.
Expanded View
When selected after selecting a SmartLine
device, a graphic image appears showing the
status of all the switches and LEDs on the
selected device. Note that you get the same result
by double-clicking on a device name in the
SmartLine Chassis window.
Close
This selection closes the active expanded view
window.
Download
This selection initiates code download
operations to the selected device. A previous
Download File Spec operation specifies the file
location of the associated microcode.
