Belts replacement
Belts replacement MUST be performed ONLY by authorized and expertised staff.
All service operations MUST be done with engine stopped.
Wait some minutes for cooling of components.
To replace belts follow this procedure.
Stop the engine.
Set to zero belt tensioning of chemicals pump drive belt and A/C compressor drive belt.

Extracting threads

Fixing screws

Hydraulic pump ports
5)
Flask
Remove high pressure hydraulic hoses from hydraulic pump ports (4).
Protect hoses ends and hydraulic pump ports with proper caps.
Avoid any contamination of hydraulic hoses, fittings and hydraulic pump.
Remove fixing screws (1) and (3).
Pull back the group hydraulic pump + fan drive box.
Use 2 screws into the extracting threads (2) to help removing the flask (5) from the housing.
