CHEMICALS CIRCUIT DRAIN PROCEDURE
Before starting the drain procedure you MUST flush all spray equipment.

Before starting to clean the chemicals circuit with compressed air, set the electric pressure regulator valve to
10-15 bar (145-217 PSI), this will force the air to pass through the high pressure filter, sections valves and
nozzles.
Open the suction filter and clean it accurately.
Loosen the fitting (2).
Connect the suction hose (1) to a compressed air line.
Open sections valves to clean the nozzles.
Blow compressed air to clean the complete circuit, until pure air exits out of nozzles.
Open all taps to drain filters, etc.
When finished connect again the pump inlet fitting to the filter body.
Open all filters of spray equipment and clean them.
Chemicals circuit for disinfection can be equipped with a fast plug to quickly disconnect the suction hose for
drain operations:

Drain fast plug
To drain the suction hose, disconnect the fast plug (2) and connect it to a compressed air line.
