PRECAUTIONS DURING WORKING OPERATIONS
Do not take alcohol, drugs, or other substances that may affect your ability to work with operating machines
before or during work.
In case of extreme fatigue or malaise, do not use the machine; always pay close attention at the beginning
and end of the shift.
Contact the site manager in connection with the accident prevention regulations to be applied in accordance
sith applicable law.
Pay attention to the presence of people and stop the machine immediately if some of them are within range
and in the working area of the machine.
During work, observe the instrumentation and immediately stop the machine when anomalies are reported.
Pay attentio to any abnormal noise coming from the engine, hydraulic devices, transmission components,
work equipment, etc. in the event of a suspicious noise, immediately stop the operation of the machine and
perform a check.
When working under high and continuous noisy conditions, use protective headphones in accordance with
current regulations.
In dark conditions, carefully check the work area, make use of all avaialbe lights, do no access areas with
too low visibility.
In the event that the operator is not able to supervise the area sufficiently, it is necessary to request the
intervention of a person who can provide him with useful indications, by means of manual messages to
delimit a progression of at least 12 m. this person must remain outside the work area and be clearly visible
to the operator.
Do not make any indications or signals at the same time as others. Signals must be provided by a single
person. Always pay attention to the orders give by those responsible.
Al
ways command hydraulic services on the driver’seat make sure that there are no people within the range
of the machine and report any maneuvers with the horn.
To prevent accidents due to impact on other objects, always operate the machine at a safe speed to carry
out such operations, especially if you are in limited spaces and in places where thee are other machines.
Do not call suddenly or frighten those who work without having reason; donot launch ojects, even if for
jokes.
Whenever the job is interrupted, make sure that all controls are in the NEUTRO position and that the safety
elements are locked.
USE ON SLOPES
Moving or working on slopes, hillsides, streams of rivers or lakes can preent dangers. Facing uphillor
downhill slopes at low speeds paying attention. Obstacles or slope inclination changes may result inloss of
control of the medium and subsequent congestion.
First check the area of operations to note the presence of holes, crevices, gravelor dirty terrain that may
alter the working conditions and stability of the machine.
Always move in straight line to climb or descend from a slope.
Do not turn the car on a steep slope or cross the slope.
Never move heavily oblique, or worse, with the axis of the machine turned 90 degrees from the slope
direction.
Do not operate on slopes above the limits as this can cause the
machine to overturn.
Do not use the machine downhill with the gearbox in neutral or use the brakes too much. Select and engage
the best gear that can keep the speed you need to avoid a possible loss of control.
In case of steep drops, do not use the oversize engine; select the best gear before facing the slope.
Never park the vehicle or leave it unattended on slopes
Move at low speeds on grass, falling leaves, or wet steel plates.
