Chapter 10 – PRECAUTIONS FOR COLD WEATHER
If you are forced to operate at ambient temperatures close to 0°C, it is necessary to avoid cooling freezing
problems make sure that there is a frostbite in the radiator.
Remove the radiator cap only when the engine has cooled off with the
engine turned off, slowly rotate the cap to discharge the pressure before
removing it completely, in order to avoid violent high-temperature steam
emission.
Before mixing in the radiator, rinse the cooling system using a specific product.
Use a recommended type and brand antifreeze product in the REFINING TABLE and determine the water-to-
freeze percentage based on room temperature, using the table.

Completed the supply to run the engine for a few minutes to get a good mix.
To use the machine at low temperatures, it i salso necessary to replace the
lubricants of the machine with lubricants with the appropriate viscosity
(see ENGINE MANUAL)
