APPROVAL FOR CIRCULATION ON PUBLIC ROADS (ITALY)
As granted by Italian law in force, this vehicle is classified as an operating machine.
It must be homologated for road traffic.
According to the regulations in force, the machine is equipped with an additional warning device.
The alarm beacon must operatoe at all times of road traffic.
The hazard signal, which consists of the simultaneous switching on of the direction indicators, must operate on
a vehicle which is stationary on the roadway and in any situation to indicate a risk of movement.
Anyone who circulates on the road with an operating machine that does not comply with the law is punished by
administrative sanction.
For road traffic of the vehicle, the manufacturer of the conformity declaration must be delivered by the BUILDER.
These documents w
ill then be presented to the provincial engineer’s headquarters by the purchaser for the
release of the regular movment booklet and license plate.
The declaration of conformity is not absolutely sufficient for road traffic.
The machine must be inspected. If you are allowed to spend 12 months
from the date of the declaration of conformity, it will be more difficult and
costly to obtain the circulation booklet and the
license plate.
