Specifications and Performance

Blast chilling - Units can lower the temperature of food from 160˚F to 38˚F within 90 minutes. 

Shock freeze - Units can lower the temperature of food from 160˚F to 0˚F within 240 minutes. 

Note: Overloading the unit could significantly reduce its service life.
