Warning – Danger of Battery Shorting
In PCI Slot #4 (J11), some adapter cards with larger Ground brackets may short
out the battery. This is not a problem with most PCI adapter cards. If there is a
problem with the PCI adapter card, the battery may drain and a CMOS error may
occur.
Please make sure that the bracket mounting screws do not touch the
battery terminal when inserting PCI adapter cards in PCI Slot #4 (J11). If the
screws touch the battery terminal, install the PCI adapter card in a different
PCI Slot.
CPUs
This motherboard supports all Intel Slot1 CPUs. CPU speed can be set in the AMIBIOS
setup.
Note:
Boxed CPUs come with pre-set clock speed ratios. For these CPUs, there is no BIOS
option to configure CPU speed.
