. The IT-
X3A/230 is the default Transformer
Model. Press

until the correct
Transformer Model that you have
purchased appears.

to return to the Weld Graph

Set the Power Supply front panel
WELD/NO WELD switch to WELD.

Make a test weld by pressing on the Weld Head foot actuator until the Power Supply fires. The
default WELD time of 1 ms and the default CURRENT of 0.5 KA may not be sufficient to make
a good weld.

. Use the vertical cursor
keys

to increase the weld
CURRENT. Use the horizontal cursor
keys
◄►
to increase or decrease the
WELD time. In this example, weld
CURRENT has been increased to 0.7
KA and WELD time has been increased
to 0.5 ms.
