
MEXICAN SMORES
Method:
Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on each tortilla.
Sprinkle a ¼ marshmallows and 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
on half of each tortilla. Roll each tortilla up, beginning with the
topping side. Wrap each rolled tortilla in heavy duty foil and seal
tightly.
Grill, covered, over a low heat for 5-10 minutes or until heated
through. Unwrap the tortillas and place on dessert plates.
Serve with ice-cream.

Try using a mix of
semi-sweet chocolate
chips and broken chilli
chocolate for a little
more spice.
