Method:
Cook onion, garlic and margarine in a saucepan, until onion is
clear. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil.
Simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Refrigerate left overs after

Method:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Marinate the chicken breasts for several hours.
