Chapter 22: DHCP Snooping

VLAN ID
- This parameter shows the host’s VLAN ID of which the
DHCP client is a member.
IP Address
- This parameter is the IP Address assigned by the
DHCP server to the DHCP client.
Port
- This parameter is the port number where the DHCP client is
connected.
Type
- This parameter indicates the following:
Learned
- The host IP Address is dynamically assigned by the
DHCP server.
Static
- The host IP Address is statically assigned. See “Static
IP Addresses” on page 314 for more information.
Lease Time
- This parameter is the time that IP address
assignment by the DHCP server is valid.
