Network Routing Table
OmniPCX Enterprise with high traffic
OmniPCX Enterprise 4400 with Crystal Hardware will yield the most efficient transport of
a large number of calls.
If you need to launch approximately 1000 calls within a 20-minute period (3000 calls per
hour), it is recommended that you use Crystal Hardware for your installation. Crystal
Hardware uses CPU7 which has an Inter-INVITE time in milliseconds of 500 ms.
Note:
The number of VoIP ports depends on, and should match the number of VoIP
compressors in the PBX.
Maximum number of simultaneous SIP calls
•
960 SIP trunks=960 SIP calls (My Teamwork is configured as Voice Mail.)
Note:
If you configure the connection between OmniPCX Enterprise and My
Teamwork as a SIP ISDN trunk, you can have up to 5 SIP ISDN trunk groups –
5x960=4800 SIP calls.
Maximum number of VoIP compressors
The PBX will use one VoIP compressor:
•
During the ringing phase, releasing it when the call is answered.
•
When the called or calling party is adigital or analog set.
•
When the called or calling party is a trunk.
•
When the called or calling party is a remote user across an ABC-F network.
