Microsoft Windows

XP and Vista
If you are using Microsoft Vista, you cannot participate in video conferences from your
browser. You may use external video software or devices, such as video phones or room
systems. Check with your system administrator for a list of supported video software.
Supported browsers:

Microsoft Internet Explorer

: 6.0 and up
1. For application sharing and for videoconferencing from the browser, ActiveX
®
must be enabled.
2. Popup blockers disabled.
3. Javascript and cookies enabled.
The following browsers do not support video conferencing from the browser or application
sharing. You may view other people’s shared applications if you have Java installed and
enabled.

: 1.7.13 and up

Macintosh OS X
