The My Teamwork Web-based video client requires the following:

Network bandwidth: 128 kbps to 2 Mbps

A Web camera

•

Microphone

Network bandwidth for video conferencing

Video end points require from 128 kbps to 2Mbps to work effectively. The typical rate is
384 kbps. During an OmniTouch My Teamwork call or conference that includes audio,
video, and Web conferencing, each user can consume approximately 500 kbps or more.
