TCP 443 HTTPS Used for secure communications with other
ACS servers in multi-site configurations.
TCP 8443 SIP over SSL Used for secure SIP communications.
Optional for standalone systems.
TCP 22 SSH Required if SCP backup option is selected.
TCP 20-21 FTP Required if FTP backup option is selected.
TCP 389 LDAP/LDAPS Only required if LDAP is enabled. Can be
configured to use different port.
UDP 12000+ RTP Required when SIP IP phone calls are to be
supported. These ports are used for real-time
audio media. The actual range of ports is
determined by the number of concurrent call
participants that are configured for the
system.
