Using text-to-speech name

Select the
Settings
tab

Select your name and extension in the left navigation bar

Select
User Details

, click
Edit
under
Record username
. The
Record username
modal
window will appear

Under
Record by
, select
Rainbow Office text to speech
from the dropdown menu

Enter your name in the
Greeting Name
field

Click
Save
