Select and change the information you want to update on the
Settings & Permissions
tab:
a.
Regional Settings
: Contains time zone, home country code, greetings
language, time format, user language, and regional format.

User Hours
: Set your working hours.
c.
Roles
: The role assigned to you by your admin that controls what you can do
within the system. A role is a collection of permissions that could be based on
a job function.
d.
User Groups
: Specifies any user groups where you are a member. The user
group manager can modify your settings and view your call log.
e.
Site
: Select a site (for multi-site accounts).
f.
Confirmation Message
: Specifies how long the confirmation message will
appear for after a successful operation is finished. The user has the option to
disable the confirmation message.
