The
Printers tab
appears.
2 Enter the name of the printer in the
Printer
Name
field.
Printer names may vary. Generally speaking, network printers are
entered in the MS Windows format:

hostname

printer_name
. A
local printer can be specified by entering its display name in the
Display Name
field.
3 Select the
Make this destination available to all users
for forward operation
.
4 Use Paper Selection to indicate the paper settings.
5 Use
Paper
Selection
to indicate the paper settings.
Select
Automatically Determine Paper Size
to instruct the
printer to conform to the page settings of the document.
Printer
Default
prints the fax to the default settings of the
printer.
6 Click
OK
.
Modifying a printer notification destination
1 In the Web Administrator, select
Configuration|Notification
Destinations|Printers
.
2 Select the checkbox of the printer whose notification you would like
to change, and the click
Properties.
3 Select the
Notifications
tab.
