5 In the
Priority
section, use the
Default
field to set the profile’s
default fax priority. The options are:
High
,
Normal
or
Low
. This
setting becomes the default fax priority assigned to users associated
with the profile.
6 In the
Maximum
field, set the maximum priority that a user who is
allowed to select fax priority may choose. The options are the same
as in the
Default
field. For example a user with a default of
Normal
and a maximum of
Normal
can only select
Low
or
Normal
;
High
will
not be available.
7 Click
OK
.
Setting the number of retries
1 In the Web Administrator, select
Configuration|Profiles
.
2 In the right panel of the Web Administrator, select the profile for
which you would like to set the number of retries.
3 Select
Properties
.
4 Click the
Fax
Options
tab.
5 In the
Retries
section, enter the default number of retries in the
Default
field.
6 Enter the maximum number of retries possible for the user in the
Maximum
field. A user who is allowed to change the number of retries
cannot exceed the maximum.
