The search toolbar appears at the top of the right-hand
panel, in the Web Administrator window.
2 To change the search fields, click
Options
at the right of the
toolbar.
The
Options
dialog appears.
3 By default, all search fields are selected. Check the boxes beside any
fields that you want to be included in the search.
Note:
The
Destination
search field, if selected, will focus the
search in all the destination (original, modified) information
items.
Search performed by exact match on selected properties.
4 By default, OmniTouch Fax Server returns a maximum of 100 records
that meet the search criteria. You can specify another number of
record returns in the
Maximum
Search
Hit
field.
5 Click
OK
.
6 In the left-hand data entry field of the search toolbar, enter the
expression that you wish to search for. You expect this expression to
be present in either of the search fields selected above.
Note:
The wildcard character (
*
) and the OR function are supported.
Note that the keyword OR must be capitalized.
7 In the first selection box of the search toolbar, choose a time period.
The default is
All
. However, you can choose among the following
options:
Last
Hour
,
Last
6
Hours
,
Last
12
Hours
,
Last
Day
and
Custom
.
