Configuring the incoming routing table properties
If all of the incoming routing table rules fail, the incoming fax is
archived without having been delivered, unless a default routing
destination is specified in the incoming routing table properties.
1 In the Web Administrator, select
Configuration|Incoming
Routing Table.
2 Select the checkbox for
Directories Lookup
, and then click
Properties
.
The
Default Settings
window
appears.
3 Check the
Use this destination for misrouted faxes
box,
to enable the use of a default routing address.
4 In the
Type
field, select either
User
,
or
Printer
.
5 In the
User
field, select the notification destination that you want
to use as default.
Users are defined in the Users node. Refer to Internal Users on page
13
.
Note: If the option to install the
First Time Setup Wizard
was
selected at initial installation, your system would have been
preconfigured to begin faxing immediately. The wizard also sets the
Site routing table to route to the User.
Additional notification destinations, such as printers, are originally
defined in the
Notification Destinations
node. Refer to
Notification destinations on page 31.
6 Click
OK
.
