2 In the right panel of the Web Administrator, select the checkbox of
the user whose account you want to delete, and then click
Remove
.
3 In the dialog that opens, click

to confirm the deletion, or click
Cancel,
if you changed your mind.
The user account disappears from the list.
Profiles
Immediately after installation, the
Basic
and
No Faxing Rights
profiles are available, to which you can associate users. The
Basic
profile allows the user to fax at a normal fax priority, with three
retries if a connection cannot be immediately established, while the
No Faxing Rights
profile does not allow the transmission of
faxes.
You might also create any number of new profiles and assign them, to
meet the fax needs specific to each user. Another option is to create
different profiles for each department and to apply profiles to
employees according to department, thereby tailoring fax settings to
departmental, rather than user, requirements.
The profile-specific parameters include a default cover sheet, site
information (site name and address, phone number, etc.); billing
code; fax priority, fax header, number of retries; security and
notification options and format.
Creating a Profile
1 In the Web Administrator, select
Configuration|Profiles.
2 Select
Add
.
The Profile tab appears.
