Site Properties, Profile Cover Sheets
window
appears.
6 Select a cover sheet in the
Cover Sheet
selection box.
7 Click
OK
.
8 Repeat steps 5 through 7 to add other cover sheets.
9 Click
OK
.
Users associated with the profile can now select among the cover
sheets available. Selecting two or more cover sheets and assigning a
default allows users to override the default.
Replacing a cover sheet in a profile
1 In the Web Administrator, select
Configuration|Profiles
.
2 In the right panel of the Web Administrator, select the checkbox of
the cover sheet for which you would like to replace the cover sheet.
3 Select
Properties
.
The
Profile
dialog appears.
4 Click the
Cover Sheets
tab.
5 In the
Default
Coversheet
section, select a default cover sheet in
the
Cover Sheet
field, or none if you do not want to
associate a default cover sheet to the profile
.
6 Click
OK
.
Removing a cover sheet from a profile
1 In the Web Administrator, select
Configuration|Profiles
of your
site.
2 In the right panel of the Web Administrator, select the checkbox of
the cover sheet for which you would like to remove a cover sheet.
3 Select the
Cover Sheets
tab.
4 In the
Other Cover Sheets Allowed With This Profile
section, select the cover sheet that you want to discard and then
select
Remove
.
5 Repeat step 4 for all destinations you want to remove.
6 Click
OK
.
