box. Selecting this option instructs
OmniTouch Fax Server to include only the information entered in this
section.
5 Enter the phone and fax number information.
Note:
If an entry to a field is omitted here, no other information is
sent. OmniTouch Fax Server does not retrieve information
omitted here from the Active Directory.
6 Click
OK

Cover Sheets and Profiles
Cover sheets are associated with profiles in one of two manners: a
default cover sheet or a simple association.
If a default cover sheet is specified in a profile, users associated with
the profile can fax using no cover sheet or the default cover sheet,
which is the only cover sheet available to them.
Alternatively, you can specify a default cover sheet and add
secondary cover sheets to the profile. For example,
Basic01.cse
might be the default cover sheet and
Basic02.cse
could be included
as an alternative. When this is the case, users associated with the
profile may accept the default, choose either of the two
alternatives, or choose no cover sheet.
Finally, you can add cover sheets and specify no default cover sheet.
