8 In the
Override Policy - Organization Information
section, select which option applies, if users associated with this
profile choose to modify organization information using body codes
(SMTP), or as part of an XML file.

Enable User Override
means that user modifications are
readily applied.
❐
Disable User Override (Reject Message)
means that
user modifications are not accepted and faxes containing
them are rejected. If this option is selected, the sections in
SendFAX and the Forms for MS Outlook that enable these types
of changes, are grayed-out.
❐
Disable User Override (Allow Message with Default
Settings)means that user modifications are not accepted, but
faxes containing them are sent using the default values
specified for the profile. If this option is selected, the
sections in SendFAX and the Forms for MS Outlook that enable
these types of changes, are grayed-out.
9 In the
Override Policy - Fax Options
section, select which
option applies, if users associated with this profile choose to modify
the fax options using body codes (SMTP), or as part of an XML file.
The options available are the same as in step 7.
10 Click
OK

Notification destinations
By default, incoming fax notifications are sent to the destinations in
the Incoming Routing Table, or to the default destination specified in
its properties. Outbound fax notifications are sent to the sender’s
e-mail address.
Additional notification destinations for outbound faxes, such as
printers, can be associated with a particular profile, as shown in this
section. These feedback destinations are originally defined in the
Notification Destinations
node of the Web Administrator.
Refer to Notification destinations on page 31.
Adding notification destinations to a profile
1 I the Web Administrator, select
Configuration|Profiles
.
2 In the right panel of the Web Administrator, select the checkbox of
the profile for which you would like to add notification destinations.
3 Select
Properties.
