Checking the cooling water
level
Item 1.4
The cooling water level of
the engine must be checked prior
to each start or at least once a day.
The compenating tank (10-1/arrow)
is located on the right-hand The
cooling water level must be be-

water level, make sure that the ratio
of water and antifreeze fluid is 2:1!
10.3 Maintenance plan
Maintenance of the ball swivel connection
Item 6.2
Check the screw connection of the ball swivel connection
after 100 operation hours and then every 600 operation hours. Torque
500 Nm.

The grease filling prevents wear and provides sealing and
protection against corrosion. Therefore, grease the bearing every 50
operation hours with grease until the grease overflows. During greasing,
turn the ball connection of the bucket arm in steps of 20°. Grease all four
greasing points in every position. Before and after a longer period of non-
operation, greasing is absolutely necessary.
DANGER
- Before lubrication, the bucket arm support must be placed into position
(1-1/arrow), the parking brake (AS 11) must be applied or the drive
direction switch (AS 11, AS 14 and AS 14S) must be set to “0”.
- Stay clear of the bucket arm swivel area during the process of swiveling.
