Maintenance rear axle
pendulum bolt
Item 8.1
The rear axle pendu-
lum bolt has to be greased every
10 operation hours. The respec-
tive grease nipple is located on the
left-hand side of the loader (10-2/
arrow).
Maintenance air filter
Item 11.2
The air filter must be
checked every 200 operation
hours. To do so, remove the eight
fixing screws (SW 13) (10-3/1) of
the cover plate at the front of the
driver's cabin and remove the
cover. Remove the filter element
(10-3/2) and clean the filter with
compressed air. Then check the
filter for damage.
The filter element must be replaced
when it is damaged or at least
every 1000 operation hours.
