Test Limits

Frequency Readout Accuracy is equivalent to the following equation:

±

 (0.25% x span + 5% X RBW + 2 Hz + 0.5 x horizontal resolution)

NOTE

See results table for actual values.

Test Description

The frequency readout accuracy is measured in several spans and center frequencies that 
allow both internal analyzer synthesizer modes and prefilter bandwidths to be tested. 
Frequency reference error is eliminated by using the same frequency standard for the 
analyzer and signal source.
