Green blinking fast (2 Hz). Mains power module failed its initialization power-
up self-check, instrument is unusable. The mains power supply is not
adequate or the internal mains module needs to be replaced.
Green constantly on indicates the instrument is switched on.
ICP Expert Software
The Agilent-trained, Agilent-qualified or Agilent-authorized field service engineer
will install the ICP Expert software for you during the installation process.
However, you may need to install the software yourself at some later stage, for
example if you change the PC. Instructions are provided.
There are several installation scenarios:
Standalone or network Flat File
Standalone or network Database for 21 CFR Part 11 installations
Upgrading Standalone or Network Database ICP Expert installations
Installation includes:
Installing the ICP Expert software
Installing the ICP Expert Help
Installing the LAN cable
Setting the instrument IP address
Installing and configuring SDA for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
Installing and configuring SCM for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
Completing a dark current scan and wavelength calibration
For instructions on how to install your ICP Expert software, refer to the
documentation provided with your software:

Once you have installed the appropriate software, connect the Ethernet cable, set
the instrument IP address if necessary, and then perform the Detector Calibration
and Wavelength Calibration.
