Solvent incompatibility

The solvent DMF (dimethyl formamide) leads to corrosion of the leak sensor. The 
material of the leak sensor, PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), is incompatible with DMF.

Do not use DMF.

N O T E

The leak sensor in the sampler is hidden under the ICC Column Heater or Column Shelf 
respectively.

N O T E

The waste drainage must go straight into the waste containers. The waste flow must not 
be restricted at bends or joints.
