To prevent death or serious injury:
• DO NOT step on or touch moving conveyor belt.
• Shut off and lock out power to adjust, service, or
clean.

To prevent belt damage, the conveyor belt must be tensioned
correctly and the take-up roller must be straight.
DO NOT adjust belt tracking with the take-up roller.
To tension the belt correctly:
1.
While the conveyor is running empty, adjust the nut on both
sides of the s-drive so that the edge of the pipe is within the
green area.
2.
Keep the take-up roller straight by adjusting the nut so that the
distance (X) is the same on both sides of s-drive.
