The 150cc EXTRA 260 cowl has baffling
molded into the upper and lower halves as
shown. This baffling should provide adequate
cooling for your engine. However, a wide
range of engines may be used, you may
want to add additional baffling to custom fit to
your
engine.
COWL INSTALLATION

Additional balsa sheeting may be added to the
bottom cowl baffle to extend it toward the en-
gine cylinder heads if desired.
3. Additional balsa sheeting may be added to the
top cowl baffle to extend the baffle to the cylin-
der head if desired.
Always check the operating temperature of
your engine to prevent any damage from
occurring. Aeroworks is not responsible for
damages incurred from improper engine
cooling.
Cowl Preparation For
Standard Style Mufflers
(see step #1 page #88 for canister muffler template)
1. Gather the materials as shown below. File
folder template, hobby knife, ruler, tape, marker
and pencil.
