Managing Decompression Stops
The amount of decompression credit time that you receive is de-
pendent on depth, with slightly less credit given the deeper you
are. You should stay slightly deeper (Fig. 50a) than the Required
Stop Depth indicated (Fig. 50b) until the next shallower Stop
Depth appears. Then, you can slowly ascend to, but not shallower
than that indicated ceiling Stop Depth.

Mode icon), required decompression Stop Depth and Time, both
Arrows and the Deco Bar, Tank Pressure, and applicable bar
graphs.
press/hold the Advance (Front) button for 2 seconds to ac-
knowledge and silence the Audible Alarm (unless set OFF).
