A/B Phase Pulse Output Mode (A/B phase Mode)

In this mode, the waveform of the OUT and DIR pins represent A-
phase and B-phase pulse output, respectively. Pulses output from
the OUT pin leading makes the motor move in positive direction,
whereas pulse output from the DIR pin leading makes the motor
