
5.2.8 J-Bus PCB
CAUTION
When one unit on the databus chain is disconnected, the other units on that databus are also disconnected.
Replace
1. Make sure that all power to the equipment is OFF. See §
Prepare: Switch OFF power supply
2. Disconnect the cables and the ground wire from the J-Bus PCB (B).
3. Remove the four screws (A). Use a number 5.5 socket wrench.
4. Replace the J-Bus PCB (B).
5. Install the four screws (A). Use a number 5.5 socket wrench.
Connect
6. Connect the cables to the connectors:
•
LMC to P6;
•
J-Bus control for Bus A to P1 and P2;
•
J-Bus control for Bus B to P3 and P4;
•
Earth wire to the ground terminal.
7. Close the cabinet door.
8. Check the remote control functions.
9. Configure the flashing system. See §
.
10. Close the cabinet door.

Prepare

2. Wait minimum 1 min. after all power to the equipment is OFF.
