An
XML Directory
must be set up for the PC. This is done by clicking the “Select
XML directory” button or by typing directly in the text box under the button. If this is
not set up correctly when a copy or upload command is issued then this dialog will be
shown:
The “Upload file to Terrameter” button makes it possible to add spread and protocol
files to the instrument from the PC. Clicking the button will open a dialog from which
one or more files can be selected for upload.
By clicking on a spread or a protocol in one of the lists that file will be made available
for the three command buttons in the Terrameter LS frame of the dialog. The
following functions are now available:

“Copy file from Terrameter” copies the file to the “XML directory” on the PC

“Delete file from Terrameter” deletes the file
-
“Analyze single XML file” displays a brief summary of the properties of the
file (Figure 87)
