The function gives the possibility to monitor the level of integer values in the system
relative to each other or to a fixed value. It is a basic arithmetic function that can be
used for monitoring, supervision, interlocking and other logics.

Setting procedure on the IED:

: This setting is used to select the comparison type between signed and absolute
values.

: Comparison is performed on absolute values of input and reference

: This setting is used to select the reference source between input and setting
for comparison.
