OSWGAPC17 is used to route the protection function start signals to the
StartDLYD
input of the switch onto fault function CBPSOF. CBPSOF provides an
instantaneous trip or a time delayed trip when closing the breaker while a fault exists.
OSWGAPC17 output is connected to CBPSOF function indicating the detected fault.
