autoreclose function DARREC1 can block protection functions according to the
application. SELGAPC2 is used to configure TCS blocking from the circuit breaker
open or close position. OSWGAPC17 is used for connecting switch onto fault
function CBPSOF. The inputs are start signals routed from the protection functions.
