57648 Surge detection Surge protection cartridge failure.
The inverter continues to operate, but
the protection level against voltage
surges is decreased.
Contact authorized service personnel
to replace the surge protection
cartridge.
Replace the surge protection cartridge
to prevent damage from voltage
peaks.
57649 Control board
temperature
sensor
Inverter control board temperature
sensor failure.
The inverter continues to operate and
uses the remaining temperature
sensors and SW calculations. The
power output can be limited and the
system performance is decreased.
1. Power down the inverter.
2. Restart the inverter.
If the warning occurs again, read the
serial number of the inverter and
contact the system supplier.
57650 Line filter
overtemperature
High temperature in the line filter.
The inverter temporarily adjusts the
output current and power until the
internal temperature decreases.
The inverter automatically returns to
normal operation.
Monitor the inverter for a few days.
Contact authorized service personnel if
the warning occurs frequently.
57651 AC voltage
calibration
Calibration coefficients cannot be read
from the internal calibration data file.
The AC voltage measurements can still
be within correct accuracy, but the
system cannot verify the calibration
coefficients the inverter is currently
using.
1. Power down the inverter.
2. Restart the inverter.
If the warning occurs again, read the
serial number of the inverter and
contact your system supplier.
57652 Autoreset An automatically resettable fault has
activated.
No user actions required. Faults are
automatically reset.
57653 Reverse string
current
Reverse current in the DC input
terminals (-SX model)
1. Read the aux code (1..8) from the
Events menu -> Active warnings ->
Reverse string current. The aux code
number refers to the affected string.
2. Examine the affected string for
shading and reverse connection.
3. Make sure that the panels in the
affected string are undamaged.
