Remove the other two screws (pos. 2)
holding the transformer (pos. 1).
Now the transformer becomes lose and
can be removed gently.
Note
The transformer weight is approximately
15 kg. Hold on to the transformer or let it
rest on a lifting table placed under the
welding gun.

Remove the transformer gently together
with the connected parts. 13

Remove the screws (pos. 1) holding the
secondary leaders (pos. 2)
Remove the water couplings (pos. 3). 14
Replace the transformer. 15
