WARNING!
See and obey the safety instructions of the converter. If you ignore them, injury or
death, or damage to the equipment can occur.
WARNING!
Apply grease to stripped aluminum conductors before attaching them to non-coated
aluminum cable lugs. Obey the grease manufacturer’s instructions.
Aluminum-aluminum contact can cause oxidation in the contact surfaces.
1. Generator connection terminals are located in the plinth of the converter. Fasten the
generator cables to the generator connection terminals. Connect the phase conductors
to terminals U, V and W. Tighten the conductors to 120 N·m (89 lbf·ft).
2. Connect ground conductors or cables to the cabinet PEN (ground) busbar.
3. Provide support for the cables whenever necessary.
4. Refit all shrouds (if any) removed earlier.
