Configuring Aastra IP Phone Accounts
When you enable the private extension feature for a User or Administrator, “ (private) ” displays in the
User List page in the “ Account Type ” column.
In the above example, extension 201 is enabled as “private extension” and does not display in the
Corporate directory as shown below. The Corporate Directory is located at
My Phone->Directory->Corporate .
