Configuring AastraLink Pro 160 System and Network Parameters

The Dial Plan menu includes the following tabs:

•

Settings

 - Allows you to enable or disable per-phone registration, Phone A or 

Phone B hotline extensions, SIP trunk mode, parked call timeout, 
Administrator password, overhead paging PIN, and paging and intercom 
parameters.

•

Emergency Numbers

 - Allows you to specify dial plans for dialing 

emergency numbers on the current phone.

•

Barred Numbers

 - (for outgoing calls only) Allows you to specify numbers 

that are blocked PSTN numbers that cannot be dialed from the 
AastraLink Pro 160. 

•

FXO Lines

 - Allows you to specify where incoming calls on individual FXO 

lines (up to 6 lines) get routed to. This tab also allows you to specify for a 
Shared Line Appearance (SLA) line, how many rings the phone performs 
before transferring the call.

•

Abbreviations

 - Allows you to specify abbreviated numbers to be used as a 

shortcut when dialing from a phone connected to the AastraLink Pro. These 
are numbers that are frequently used for system-wide shortcuts.
