To define business hours:

On the
Business Identity
tab of the System Configuration window, click
Business Hours
. The Business Hours window appears (Figure 58).

Enter the hours of operation for each of the periods,
Open
,
Lunch
, and
Other
. Any time period that doesn’t fall within these specified hours is
considered Closed.

Click
OK
. The System Configuration window displays the Business
Identity tab.
Setting the System
Mode
You can manually specify that the system operate in a given mode, or set
it to operate automatically. If necessary, you can force the system into a
specific Time of Day Service mode without having to reconfigure other
system settings, such as Business Hours.
If the system is left in an automatic state, it constantly compares the
current time of day and day of week with the business hour tables.
To set the system mode:

On the Business Identity tab, click
System Mode
. The System Mode
Setting window appears.

Use the drop-down list to select a system mode.
