PROCEDURE:

●

Front pedal bracket

Refer to the step of remove thte shroud component(No need to remove the shroud component) in the "Lower

shroud component-Lower shroud component 1".

Remove the the bolts 

⑴

 under the radiator cover component,take off the bushing 

⑵

 ,buffer rubber 

⑶

 .

Grab the anti-scalding plate 

⑸

 and remove the 2 bolts 

⑷

 to remove it.

Fix the head of the bolt 

⑺

 with a sleeve, remove the nut 

⑹

, and remove the anti-ironing plate 

⑸

.

Secure the nut 

⑹

 at the a sleeve with a sleeve and remove the bolt

 from the left side with the sleeve.

Secure the head of the bottom bolt

 with a sleeve and remove the nut

 from the left side with a sleeve. Bolts

CAUTION:

Ensure the motorcycle is well supported during manipulation. Avoid falling accident.

●

A is required to fix the nut with a Phillips wrench due to the obstruction of the front section of the muffler.

Early production vehicles do not include a muffler left anti-scalded plate, which can be installed by yourself.
